Art
I graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) in Interdisciplinary Digital Studio (iDS) in May of 2015. In the following summer, I dove into illustration work and was hired to illustrate two short children's books for Penn State's Healthy Bodies Project.
Since then, I have started freelancing in my spare time and have been hired to to create custom stylized portraits for video game competitions, one of a kind t-shirt designs, Emoticons for Twitch channels, and 2D game assets. |
Design
During my time in school, I focused my studies heavily on game and graphic design. In October of 2016, I started a passion project and began designing my own card game called FAT STACKS. By winter of 2017, it was playable.
The same year, I partnered with Andrew Robert to found a small independent game company called Candy Coded Games, LLC. Since the founding, I have worked tirelessly to make sure that our company has had a consistent look and feel across the web. |
Marketing
I got my first taste of social media marketing in December of 2012 when I opened an online store: Quad Star Designs and created my first business Facebook page.
Since then, I have created and managed Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts for my freelance art career as well as for my card game, FAT STACKS. Across these accounts, I worked to pinpoint optimal hashtags and utilized call-to-action via raffles and contests to draw in follower participation. |
